By Car
Set within the grounds of Bellahouston Park, House for an Art Lover enjoys ample free parking. To access the carparks at the House, enter Bellahouston Park from Dumbreck Road.

M74 – Towards Glasgow Airport
Exit at Junction 23 (B768 Ibrox). At the top of the slip road turn left onto Dumbreck Road then turn first right into Bellahouston Park.

M8 Westbound – Towards Glasgow Airport
From the M8 westbound, exit at Junction 22 (M77), then exit at Junction 1 (Pollokshields/Mosspark). Turn right onto Dumbreck Road and stay in the left lane. Continue through three sets of traffic lights. The entrance to Bellahouston Park will be on your left.

M8 – Towards Glasgow City Centre
Exit at Junction 24 (A77 Kilmarnock). At the top of the slip road turn left at the traffic lights and continue to the end of the road. At the roundabout take the third exit and continue along the road until you reach a second roundabout. Take the third exit and continue along Dumbreck Road through two sets of traffic lights. The road will curve to your right then take the first right into Bellahouston Park.

M77 – Towards Glasgow City Centre
Exit at Junction 1 (Dumbreck) and turn left onto Dumbreck Road. Stay in the left lane. Continue through two sets of traffic lights. The entrance to Bellahouston Park will be on your left.

By Subway
From Glasgow City Centre (various stations) to Ibrox Subway Station
(10-15 minutes/foot from Ibrox Subway Station)

Leaving Ibrox Subway Station, turn right and continue to the end of Copland Road, cross here and continue right walking along Paisley Road West until you reach the junction. Cross the road and take a direct left to walk across the flyover. Continue along Dumbreck Road until you reach the entrance to Bellahouston Park on your right. By Train
From Glasgow Central Station to Dumbreck Train Station
(15-20 minutes/foot from Dumbreck Train Station)

Leaving Dumbreck Train Station, turn right and continue to the end of Nithsdale Road. Turn right and continue along Dumbreck Road until you reach the entrance to Bellahouston Park on your left. (Glasgow Ski Centre/House for an Art Lover)

By Bus*
From Glasgow City Centre

From Union Street – McGill’s Bus Number 38 to Kilbarchan or Spateston

From Union Street – First Bus Number 10 to Darnley via Silverburn

From Buchanan Bus Station – First Bus Number 9 to Paisley

*(Please check with the driver that the bus travels along Paisley Road West. The bus driver will advise on the best place to alight.)

We extend a warm welcome to all visitors and aim to ensure that everyone enjoys the ultimate House for an Art Lover experience.

All exterior entrances to the House have ramped access and an internal lift allows swift manoeuvrability throughout including the visitor attraction, café, shop, art classes, meeting rooms and event spaces.

Tarmac paths around the property provide added comfort while facilitating your exploration of the grounds.

Four blue badge parking spaces are available on site.

Registered assistance dogs are welcome in the House and throughout the grounds.
