Explore the Grounds
An Artist’s Landscape

How can so close to the city feel like a million miles away?
Set within Bellahouston’s historic parklands, hidden by mature woodland and enjoying a perfect blend of sculptured landscapes, decorative plantings and herbaceous borders, our surroundings could not be more calming or indeed charming.
From spring to summer young buds transform to an explosion of colourful blooms eventually giving way to the rich reds and burnished golds of autumn. This is indeed an artist’s landscape, radiant yet restful, incredible yet reassuringly natural.
A House for All Seasons
The garden’s influence is not confined to the exterior as its wide-ranging hues alter the mood, light and space within the interior. The House you see in spring, will not be the one you return to in the fall.
From Victorian walled garden to micro art exhibits springled throughout the grounds, there are plenty of reasons to stop for a picture or to simply pause and ponder. Let the outside world pass you by, because these are the little moments in time well worth taking.
As you leave, glance up towards the expansive windows. It’s easy to imagine Charles or Margaret sitting, pen in hand, taking inspiration from this very space.
