This impressive and meticulously detailed suite of spaces includes the double-height Main Hall, Dining Room, Music Room and Oval Room, along with magnificent Main Staircase and Minstrels’ Gallery. Combining the historic charm of the House with exceptional food, service and meticulous attention to detail, the Mackintosh Suite is the ultimate venue for weddings, meetings, private events and conferences.

The dining table, surrounded by the familiar form of Mackintosh high-backed chairs, creates the perfect focal point, yet your gaze will soon be drawn around this dark wood-panelled space – an awe-inspiring blend of bold statements and elaborate details.
As was his want, Mackintosh leads you effortlessly yet impactfully from darkness and into the light. From tables and high-backed chairs to wall panelling, decorative fireplace and piano case, the Music Room is a magnificent vision in a delicate palette of white, rose, violet and green.
Originally the Ladies’ Room, where Edwardian ladies would withdraw after dinner, Mackintosh applied the oval shape, his much-used feminine symbol, to subtly tell a design story. Windows, cupboards, fireplace and lighting would also fall in line with the gentle curve.
In contrast to the more formal Mackintosh Suite, The View provides a contemporary, informal and relaxed space for up to 80 guests. In warmer months, step onto the rooftop terrace, which commands breathtaking views across Bellahouston Park.
