Hogmanay Dinner Dance

Our annual Hogmanay celebrations kick off with Prosecco and canapés at 7pm followed by a sumptuous 3-course meal and accompanying wine in the atmospheric Mackintosh Suite. Once dinner has been served, our lively ceilidh band will get you on the floor for a dance. Adding to the festive spirit, a piper will welcome guests on arrival and traditionally pipe in the bells at midnight, creating an unforgettable experience. As the celebrations continue into the early hours, enjoy freshly served steak and macaroni pies at midnight before a few more dances and carriages at 1am.

Canapes

• Black pudding sausage roll, spiced date puree
• Smoked salmon mousse, lemon pearls (cone)
• Gruyere & wholegrain mustard croquette, parsley hollandaise
• Crispy potato rosti, avocado mousse, pickled shallots

Starters

• Confit Duck Leg & Fig Bon Bon, celeriac puree, pickled blackberries, crispy kale, port wine reduction
• Wild Mushroom & Truffle Arancini (vegetarian/vegan)

Mains

• 12-hour Braised Beef Cheek, dauphinoise potatoes, heritage carrots, tenderstem broccoli, rich beef reduction
• Pan Seared Fillet of Cod, smoked potato puree, charred leeks, asparagus spears, tenderstem broccoli, caper butter sauce (pescatarian option)
• Herb Crusted Cauliflower Steak, mashed potato, heritage carrots, tenderstem broccoli, cauliflower puree, salsa verde (vegetarian/vegan option)

Desserts

• Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee, housemade orange & thyme shortbread, winter berry compote, candied orange slice
• Dark Chocolate & Orange Delice, blood orange gel, cocoa crumb, candied orange slice, vanilla & thyme whipped cream (vegan option)

*Tickets for our in-house events are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to gift or pass your ticket to someone else. However, tickets cannot be transferred to a different event or exchanged for credit.
