COVID-19 Update From The House
It is with heavy hearts that we have made the decision to suspend trading. The government’s current advice on self isolation, mass gatherings and reduced social contact leads us to take this action.
The health and welfare of our customers and staff is paramount to us and in these uncertain times we must act with the caution required.
The suspension of trading is expected to last though until the end of April, we will provide regular updates and will be working hard with those affected to manage a smooth transition to a new date for their booking.
The day to day operation of the venue will be closed however we will continue to have staff available to handle administration and queries. We will be doing our very best to answer any questions as quickly as we can but very much appreciate your patience during this time of Uncertainty.
Please rest assured that in the short term we will be doing everything that we can to maintain open and honest communication with all of our clients. We fully intend to honour each and every booking and will work closely with those who are affected directly by circumstances to find the best possible alternative in order that they can go ahead with their event.
We urge everyone to keep safe in these worrying times and look forward positively to re-opening our venue and welcoming all of our loyal couples, friends and customers again and for our team to return doing what they do best!
