Wooden Spoon Carving Workshop
Carve your very own wooden spoon with Catherine from Object Company!
Participants will be provided with locally sourced green wood, a selection of carving knives and close tuition on how to use the tools safely and efficiently.
The class will cover sourcing green wood, knife skills and finishing options.
Each attendee will leave with their very own hand carved wooden spoon, as well as the skills and confidence to take the activity forward.
Catherine Johnston is a Glasgow based maker and facilitator, running both Object Company www.object.company and Mount Florida Studios.
