The House wins the award for "Best Unusual Venue" at the Scottish Event awards

The inaugural Scottish Event Awards took place at the Glasgow Science Centre on the 4 September 2008.  The awards celebrated the wealth of events available in Scotland including traditional music and theatre, visual art and comedy, festivals and private corporate events.

House for an Art Lover were delighted to beat off stiff competition to be crowned Best Small Unusual Venue.  The venue was praised for its stunning location, quality product and excellent customer service.

The House hosts over 200 private and corporate events each year, ranging from company meetings, exhibitions and seminars to family weddings, christenings and anniversaries.  The beautiful Charles Rennie Mackintosh interiors create the perfect idyllic setting to ensure every experience is memorable.
