An Italian barbeque evening with Chef Giovanna Eusebi

House for an Art Lover is to present an Italian Barbeque evening with Chef Giovanna Eusebi on the 24th May sponsored by The Hub Agency. The outdoor buffet-styled banquet will take place in the spacious and scenic Café Terrace area commencing at 7:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Giovanna’s passion for food is evident in both her traditional, appetising cuisine and the quality wine and produce showcased in her small delicatessen, Garlic, located in the east end of Glasgow.  Descending from a long line of food enthusiast, Giovanna brings her appreciation for flavourful food and quality produce to the dinner table for guest to savour.

The evening will be an intriguing adaptation of Giovanna’s most treasured occasion, with guests being warmly welcomed as extended family, invited to enjoy the authentic flavours of Italy. Guests will be able enjoy Giovanna’s culinary creations at sociable, intermixed tables in the beautiful terrace area, while being serenaded by traditional Italian music.  In addition to a delicious meal, visitors will also be treated to an interactive demonstration by Giovanna, when she shares the intricacies of the diversity of flavours used in her cooking.

The summer feast will include such savoury delights as grilled rabbit with rosemary and thyme, Italian sausage kebabs seasoned with lemon zest and honey and pork with lemon and chilli stuffed with parsley and mint.  Additionally a variety of grilled seafood seasoned with herbs and spices will be complimented with roasted Italian vegetables including grilled fennel, peppers and courgettes.  A variety of artisan cheeses, antipasti and Italian wines representative of Italy and the islands, will also be available.
