Goods
House for an Art Lover warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this website are of satisfactory quality and meet any description of them on this website. In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), goods will be fit for their normal (or stated) purpose. In all other respects and to the maximum extent permissible, House for an Art Lover makes no other warranties or promises about the goods and any implied warranties are excluded.
Returns
House for an Art Lover guarantees 100% satisfaction. Should you for any reason not be satisfied with any purchase from the site, a full credit including postal charges will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.
You have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working days start the day after receipt of your goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

W e endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days and we will keep you informed throughout the process. All correspondence will remain entirely confidential. Stock and Availability
All items offered by House for an Art Lover are published and stocked by House for an Art Lover and are dispatched same day by Royal Mail. Products, which become ‘out of stock' are removed from the site immediately and not offered for sale.
Whilst every effort as been made to accurately reproduce the colours of the prints, variation in both user settings and monitors may cause fluctuation under some circumstances for which House for an Art Lover cannot be held responsible.
House for an Art Lover reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale.

Prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full together will relevant shipping charges and VAT where applicable. All credit card transactions are billed in Pounds Sterling. Any prices quoted in US Dollars are an approximation due to exchange rate changes and are provided as a guide.
Shipping
All products at House for an Art Lover are shipped same day by Royal Mail. If you have ordered from overseas, shipment is by Air Mail. House for an Art Lover will replace any products damaged in transit.
